How We Send Your Order & How Delivery Charges are Calculated

We Offer Two Methods of Delivery...

Option 1 Standard Delivery via Royal Mail
Option 2 Home Delivery via Courier

We send out normal items using Royal Mail Signed for Service. The direct cost is calculated by using the weight of the item/s selected. We will send you an email to say that the item has been despatched and supply you a tracking reference.

Some items are quite heavy despite being small. You can select "Home Delivery" this is usually a next day service but must be ordered before noon on the preceeding day to qualify for this. Sometimes this option is cheaper especially when there are multiples items ordered. Charges are £10.50 for up to 10KG (Mainland UK Only) £14.50 for anything 11 - 20KG (Mainland UK Only). Please note: Someone will need to be at the address to sign for the item if you select this method. Items are not insured against loss or damage once they have left us. So please check that the packaging has not been damaged in any way upon receipt and before opening. You can request insurance from us at extra cost by contacting us before placing your order or immediately after. Please see our terms and conditions.

Some items on this website will only be sent via "HOME DELIVERY" If you have a question about this please call us. When you select a "home delivery only" item, we will call you to make suitable arrangements.
